If you follow the tips below, you will be able to get your beautiful, and no doubt expensive. Brazilian Hair looking as brilliant as the day that you first purchased it.
Preparing your hair
You will need to begin by splitting the wig into two different sections. Don’t worry, you can leave it attached to your head for this. One-half of your hair needs to be pushed firmly over your back. The second half needs to be across your chest. Make sure that you give it a good brush because the strands need to be a straight as possible in order to ensure that they get the best possible wash.
Cleaning your hair
It is important that you DO NOT soak your Brazilian Hair. This may have an impact on the glue which is holding it in place. This, of course, means that you are going to need to replace the glue sooner as opposed to later. This is not good. Instead, you are going to gently make your hair wetter. The best way to do this is in a shower. You will want to wet the hair in a downward motion. Start from where the tracks are and work your way down. It does not have to be soaking wet, just mildly wet. So, basically, do not drench it. Once your hair is wet, add some shampoo to it. A moisturizing shampoo is probably best for this job. This will prevent the weave from drying out and being brittle. Again, this is going to ensure that the weave lasts as long as possible. You will want to gently massage the shampoo in. The shampoo may not lather straight away. Some people will need to carry out a few shampoo applications in order to ensure that the hair is well-lathered.
Wash the shampoo out of the weave gently. It may take a couple of washes. You do not wish to leave any shampoo behind. Once the shampoo is out of the hair, you can apply a conditioner. Again, try to make sure that you can apply a moisturizing conditioner to your hair. It is going to be far more beneficial to it. Leave the conditioner in place for fifteen minutes before you wash it out. Once again, ensure that each and every piece of conditioner is washed out. If there is a build-up of product in the hair, then it is going to drastically reduce its lifespan.
Drying your hair
You do not have to do anything too special here. You just need to use a hairdryer. It is important that you make sure that the tracks of the Brazilian hair are dry. If they aren’t, they will quickly start to smell Yes. It really is that simple to clean your Brazilian hair! Why not give it a go today?
