What is the Difference between Raw and Virgin Hair?
What is RAW HAIR?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed Hair. This means that the hair is literally cut from the donor’s
head, wash with shampoo/conditioner, and then sewn on to the weft.
Hair is typically from one person or donor
No chemical processing
Raw Hair is said to be one of the highest quality of human hair extensions.
The cuticle are aligned
Raw hair normally does not have uniform curl or wave pattern. Meaning no processed or
steamed curls or wave patterns.
More expensive price point
What is the Difference between Raw and Virgin Hair?
What is VIRGIN HAIR?
The virgin hair is 100% human hair
Has not been altered by dyes, perms, bleaches, or harsh washes.
Steamed is used to create a more uniformed curl or wave pattern. Meaning the steaming
process is only used to design the curls to look exactly the same. Prime example would be my
personal favorite texture, Body wave, which has the perfect “S” shape from roots to ends.
Virgin hair is not processed like beauty supply store package hair
Virgin hair does not have acidic chemicals or contain synthetic hair fibers
