The raw Indian hair is apart of our premium hair extension line. The natural wave has a slight wave pattern, but can be flat ironed bone straight and will revert back to its natural wave pattern. Our raw hair is in its purest form, free from any chemical processing and manipulation. This hair is from one single donor not mixed with multiple donors.

Hair comes in a natural 1b color and vary per bundle, some bundles may be lighter than others based on the donor. Also the wave pattern will vary per bundle, shorter lengths will have a tighter wave pattern. While longer lengths will have a looser wave pattern.

Delivery

We are taking new orders for most our raw hair collection, Due to demand please expect delivery in 5 - 14 business days for our raw hair collection. During major promotions, order processing may take longer than normal. To prevent delays with your order processing, make sure your billing and shipping addresses match. All orders ship via FEDEX.

Length Chart

12-14 inches: 2 or more bundles required.
16-18 inches: 3 or more bundles required.
20-24 inches: 4 or more bundles required.
26 inches and Longer:5-6 bundles or more required.

Exchanges/Returns

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed due to the sanitary nature and high appeal of our products.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way(Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer). Send your return item(s) including your first name, last name,phone number, the reason for the return and original receipt .

For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question.
